Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was a teenager. She was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. One year later at 17 she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel had to spend six years away from performing following the award of her Pro card to complete college. In 2015, she came back to the stage, and took part at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her first show for a few years, aiming for bigger and better targets each year. In 2009 she won four more fitness awards. Also, 2009. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel's top body part to train is the back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, along with bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the work outs. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as feasible. One way to achieve this is to superset her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
